Shipping Policy
Free Shipping Worldwide! Our free shipping option takes about 10 days for shipping, and the express shipping option take about 3 days for shipping. Each ring will ship with a wooden gift box, and we will provide a tracking number.
All items that ship by express shipping option must be signed for and they can not be deliveried to PO Boxes or APOS.
Production Time -- Generally, we ship your order within 10 days, but if you require name and/or inside engraving on the ring, it will take about 15 days to complete the job. For Full Custom Championship Ring, it will takes 4-6 weeks for production. If you need the ring for a specific date, please allow more time than needed to ensure a prompt delivery in time for the event.
Please note: Saturday, Sunday and Holidays (National) such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, July 4th do not count within the delivery time.
Your ring will be begun to process after order specifications have been confirmed and payment has been received.
Return Policy
We stand behind each and every custom product we sell and take great pride in our meticulous handcrafted quality. Our products meet the highest standards of quality and workmanship, and must pass our rigorous quality inspection process before leaving the factory. We built our reputation one satisfied customer at a time and we intend to keep it that way. That's why your purchase should meet or exceed your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your ring, Returns & Exchange are accepted on merchandise within 10 days. Please read the following instructions for details:
1. * Not for full custom ring, since it is custom made for you only, we can't resell it to other customer, and we confirm each step with you, return is not acceptable if it is no quality issue.
2. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.
3. To return an item, you must inform us the reason. We will then provide you with further instructions.
4. We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges of right order package, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs. Additionally, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments.
NOTE: Retain your tracking number as we will be unable to refund or replace your order without proof of delivery. Please allow 3~5 business days after your package has been delivered for return to be processed.
Lifetime Warranty
Our rings are meant to last lifetime, but it should be noted that even the most durable and well executed jewelry designs call for utmost care and responsible use.
Most of our rings have cz stones, through normal wear and tear, may eventually detach from their mounts. Though relatively rare, if this happen, our lifetime warranty on all our rings covers labor charges for this rare circumstances.
Our lifetime warranty also covers resizing and renewing labor charges, we will charge the cost only.
IMPORTANT: All unauthorized work on our rings completely voids your warranty. These include engraving, resizing, repairs, and all modifications made to your ring by other jeweler.
